Tutor Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply equally to all tutors without discrimination. Our purpose is to ensure transparency, maintain high service quality, and foster long-term collaboration between Keep Tutors Academy and our valued tutors. By registering with us, you agree to these terms and commit to providing excellent educational services to our clients.

Commission Structure

Standard Tuition Plans

  • 50% one-time commission on the first month's fee.
  • No commission charged from the second month onward.

Short-Term Tuition Plans (1 month or less)

  • 35% commission on the total fee.

Religious Instruction (Quran, Hadith & Similar)

  • Fully exempt from commission fees.

Registration

Tutor registration is free for a limited time offer.

Payment Collection and Release Policy

First Month

  • Keep Tutors collects the full first month's fee.
  • Payment is released 30 days after tuition starts.
  • 50% agency commission is deducted before release.

Second Month Onward

  • Tutors collect payment directly from the client.
  • Payment should be collected in advance.

Demo / Trial Policy

Tutors registering under free membership must provide 2 days of free demo or trial classes. This is mandatory for approval.
